Who we are
This site and the checks on it are run by AI Admin Relief, currently trading as a sole trader (Henry Bampfylde), based near Nairn, Scotland. While a dedicated business email is being set up, contact is: henry@joinalluvia.app.
What happens on each part of this site
Not everything here handles your information the same way — the two free checks work differently, and it matters which one you're using.
Runs entirely on your own device. Your answers are never sent anywhere, stored on any server, or seen by us — unless you choose to email us your result yourself.
Collects your name, business name, email and (optionally) phone number if you choose to see your results. Your workflow answers are sent to Anthropic's Claude to write your personalised summary — see "AI processing" below.
Booking the audit itself (the "Copy my audit request" or "Book the audit" buttons) opens an email addressed to us with a pre-filled message. Nothing is sent until you personally send that email.
If you do both free checks
To save you repeating yourself, a small amount of what you type — what your business does, and the one thing you'd most like to hand off — is remembered in your own browser's storage (not a server, not us) and offered back if you open the other check. It's never transmitted anywhere, you can edit or clear it at any point on the page itself, and clearing your browser data removes it completely.
What we collect
- If you complete the savings check and choose to see your results: your name, business name, email address, and optionally phone number.
- The answers you give describing your business and its workflows, and the results generated from them.
- If you email us to book the audit: whatever you include in that email.
- We do not use cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics anywhere on this site. The only thing stored in your browser is the small "remembered answers" note above, and only if you use the free checks.
What we use it for
- Sending you a copy of your results, if you asked for them.
- Preparing for the audit or a follow-up conversation, if you book one.
- Nothing else. We do not sell your data, share it with third parties for marketing, or add you to a mailing list without asking first.
Our lawful basis
Under UK GDPR, our lawful basis is legitimate interest: you've completed a business check and asked for your results, so contacting you about them is what you'd reasonably expect. If we ever want to contact you for anything beyond that, we'll ask first.
AI processing
The savings check uses Anthropic's Claude to tailor a written summary of your results. Your business description and workflow answers are sent to that service to generate it. Your name, email and phone number are never included in what's sent to the AI — only the audit content is.
Where your information lives
This is a static page you're reading directly — there is currently no database behind it. Any details you send us arrive by email and are kept in our own inbox, accessible only to Henry.
How long we keep it
If you book a call or the audit: for as long as we're in conversation about working together, then for normal business record-keeping. If you don't book anything and we don't hear back from you: we delete your details within 6 months.
ICO registration
We're currently checking whether this business needs to register with the Information Commissioner's Office (it's likely, and if so, we will register before taking any paying client). You can check our current registration status at any time at ico.org.uk's public register.
You can ask at any time to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted — email henry@joinalluvia.app and we'll action it within one month. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office if you think we've mishandled your information.
